Do you fall victim to seasonal allergies?

The past two seasons, after years of bragging that I didn't have allergies, I began to feel the pangs of the season. My symptoms aren't painful, but rather, consistently annoying. My nose runs each morning and takes a while to clear, my eyes itch, as does my throat. One day with an upcoming deadline looming and a lack of motivation caused by my unrelenting allergies, I caved and took an over-the-counter allergy medication.

Lesson learned--all day long I was nervous, as if high octane coffee was pumping through my veins. My throat was completely dry no matter how much water I drank. And I just felt more or less strange. I'm not one to skate on thin ice twice. With a good plan of attack you can stop whatever allergy ails you, naturally.
