Using Diet to Help Control Asthma
You may have heard claims that changing your diet may help control your asthma symptoms. However, much more study needs to be done on this topic before we know whether there is any connection. Some studies have suggested a connection between vitamin C and improved breathing ability, while others have not been able to confirm these results.
