Breathe. Be in the moment. Be the moment.

It could sound like a lot of fluffy, non-sense to a yoga class goer who's new -- or ambivalent -- about the whole practice. That's why, as a yoga instructor I'm hesitant to mention such coined terms in class so much as I am quick to point the all the great science pointing out what us practitioners knew all along; the meditation-happiness factor.
