Our schedules are so jam-packed, whether we're working, attending classes, playing, raising a family, traveling, exercising -- or all of the above.

In truth, sex simply doesn't have the same priority as we get more and more immersed in life. Is it still important? Absolutely. Is it as important? That's a question that people must answer for themselves.
