The bench dip is one of the few triceps exercises that strengthens other muscles, too — in this case, the shoulders and chest. Your weight training regimen can only benefit from including this exercise.
Be careful if you have wrist, elbow, or shoulder problems. And be sure the bench is sturdy and well anchored.
1. Identify your triceps muscle.
