Keep your kitchen stocked with items that can ease your pregnancy woes. Check out this list of quick bites that may help you in times of need.

When morning sickness hits, you might want to consider grabbing one of these items from your refrigerator or cupboard:

  • Carbonated drinks (without artificial sweeteners)
  • Crackers
  • Anything ginger
  • Lemon
  • Hard candies
  • Herbal teas (red raspberry, lemon, spearmint, peppermint, peach, or chamomile)
